Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original The Vintage Box Company packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the vintage items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
